Review: I live on Long Island and had been considering either a Dodge Ram or the F150 for about a year. The Dodge is an excellent truck, but it is common knowledge, that as good as the Dodge is, the Ford has been a better truck , and with the aluminum body just that much better. The price of the Ford, however was a deterrent. When push came to shove, a friend told me about a place in Goshen, New York, Healey Ford, where an acquaintance of his had recently bought a F150 and was happy with them and suggested that I call. I found the number and did call and Megan answered the phone...she was quite helpful and went over the details of a few trucks in stock and persuaded me to take the 125 mile trip up to Goshen. The day I went it was close to zero degrees outside. My brother came with me and we were immediately made to feel very welcome by the "concierge", who insisted on getting us coffee and other refreshments. We were introduced to Anthony Marzano, my sales person. Anthony spent well over 4 hours with me explaining everything about the truck, the transaction....everything...he never got impatient with my questions, in fact every question I asked he either enthusiastically answered or seemed excited that he was going to learn something new if he had to find an answer. He kept going out in that freezing weather to move trucks for me to see.....he could not have possibly done more or been nicer....then came the time to figure out the price I essentially got my F150, including the taxes and plates for less than what a Dodge would have cost without the tax and plates, and thousands less than what I could get a Ford for on Long Island....as it was a Saturday it was tough to get the truck ready, so they delivered it to my house on Long Island. The men who delivered it should be mentioned also as they were super nice. If you go there, and I do recommend that you do, be prepared to spend a long time, as they are very thorough and go out of their way to not just make the deal, but to make sure that you fully understand the features and details of the deal...they do feed you while you are there also I just cannot find enough positive things to say about Megan, Anthony and the other people at Healey that helped me out. It was well worth the trip and I would not be hesitant to recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a great deal.
Review: I told Steve the customer advisor what I was looking for. He was up front with me letting me know they did not have the car on the lot, but if I gave him time he would find one for me at another dealer. After about 10-15 minutes he located one. He sent an email. While waiting for response I test drove a similar car. Test drive was not just around the block, but a good 20-30 minutes. Steve did not force anything on me and was very cognicant to what I wanted. He told me when the car would be ready for pick up and it was. During the pick up Shay was very informable. She went through the car with me in detail. Again she was not rushing me out the door she took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. My overall experience was pleasurable and will definitely refer people to your dealership in the future.
Review: As soon as I walked in, I was treated like VIP. I came in the wrong entrance for service, but the woman at the front desk smiled and said Don't worry about it, follow me. She led me back to the service dept and handed my car keys to an assistant and told him to bring my car around. I thought that was nice. The waiting area was big, filled with light and pleasantly clean. Free coffee (with real milk, not creamer) tea and cold water and a vending machine, comfortable seating, WIFI, laptops, TV - it was better than I expected. I had a personal consultation and the guy was able to answer all my questions regarding the transmission and actually seemed to understand exactly how my 2013 Fiesta worked. He spoke to me a few times and I ended up staying for a few hours, but my car drives like new now.

Review: I liked that the sales rep going by the last name Ramos was able to fulfil 90% of my request in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and the next 10% that Healey Brother didn't provide to make the purchasing of the vehicle perfect at one stop shop, it felt as if I had a 100% from my sales rep because he knew where who and was need to complete the job. All information needed was provided and I had no problem in locating the right someone to complete the job.

Review: The experience was flawless from beginning to end. Mark Stolz is an amazing sales rep and I thank him for being so patient and understanding. He understood that I was not sure as to what car I was looking for. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and found me the perfect car. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, I was signing my financing paperwork and driving away with my new car. Your company is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and personable sales rep as Mark Stolz. I look forward to doing business with your company again in the near future.

Review: EVERYTHING....Laura was an A++++++ person who was perfectly to the point of what I was all about. I never met a salesperson like her. She should be a manager there!!! She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND in all details of my 3 visits there before buying my dream car. I have had VERY BAD experiences elsewhere...I easily threw away TOYOTA and went with FORD...I disregarded other FORD dealers in the Hudson Valley and was supremely impressed. (I wouldve been satisfied buying nothing, but I treated intelligently, respectfully by Laura. Shay was FANTASTIC TOO...she made me very excited about buying my dream car. Laura's offer of coffee to me helped me enjoy the BEST coffee I've had in YEARS!!! Suresky on the other hand, was a NIGHTMARE!
Review: Best experience of any that I’ve ever had a dealership. This morning, on my way to get an oil change, I saw smoke coming out of the front tire well of my Jeep. The brake had seized up. I called Healey and they told me to bring in my vehicle. Within one minute of my arrival, I had been greeted and asked what I needed done. They did a quick inspection and told me that the caliber had locked up. The sales rep that I dealt well, Andrew, personally drove to Suresky (who earlier in the day told me that they wouldn’t even look at my vehicle without an appointment) and picked up the part. Andrew also said that they could change my oil, since that was my original intention for the day, and do a NYS inspection. I was out of there, with everything completed, in approximately two hours. All this without even having an appointment. They were so courteous throughout the process. In addition to all this greatness, I also have to say that there facility is lovely! They had complimentary gourmet coffee, fridges filled with bottled water, and individually wrapped packages of cookies with the Healey logo on them. Great touches to an already wonderful place! I’ll be going here for all of my vehicle service needs!!! Thank you, Andrew & all the fine folks at Healey!
